In 2012 Trish turned to neurofeedback after struggling with insomnia for years. She was amazed by the results.
Not only did it end her insomnia but she noticed many other tremendously positive results, including increased focus, elevated mood and improved overall well being.
Intrigued by the science of neurofeedback, Trish started researching it extensively and eventually studying it.
Trish completed her Professional Biofeedback Certificate Program and Professional EEG/Neurofeedback Program in San Francisco.
Trish is a neurofeedback practitioner certified on two neurofeedback systems.
Trish has years of experience helping children with learning differences. As a mother of two children, both having learning difficulties, and as a Certified Multi Sensory Language Therapist, Trish was excited to learn that neurofeedback is being used to help children and adults with attention deficit (ADD).
